Né à Londres, élevé entre l'Angleterre, l'Algérie et la Tunisie, il vit aujourd'hui entre Paris et Alger.Born in London, raised in England, Algeria and Tunisia, he now lives between Paris and Algiers.

Fils d'un père algérien et d'une mère croato-arménienne, il a grandi dans une famille où les affaires du monde s'invitaient chaque soir à table. D'une école de commerce au cinéma, en passant par la production, il apprend le métier aux côtés de Costa-Gavras, Claire Denis et Tony Gatlif.Son of an Algerian father and a Croatian-Armenian mother, he grew up in a family where the global conversation was at the dinner table every night. From business school to filmmaking, by way of production, he learned the craft alongside Costa-Gavras, Claire Denis and Tony Gatlif.
